Wine making Notes

This Chardonnay was produced from handpicked grapes from a single vineyard​  in the cool climate Tumbarumba region. The wine was barrel fermented at 16⁰C and sulfured to prevent malolactic fermentation. Some lees stirring was performed to increase texture and matured in aged French oak for 8 months. No fining and minimal filtration.
