 Wine making Notes

Tempranillo grapes were hand harvested early morning and cooled to 5 degrees overnight. The fruit was de-stemmed and crushed into the press and left for 6 hours on skins to increase colour, complexity and texture. No fining and minimal filtration.

Tasting Notes

This wine was made from handpicked Tempranillo grapes grown close to Wagga Wagga by the Pollard family. A Salmon pink wine showing bright cranberry, watermelon and Turkish delight.

Serve at 9⁰C.
