Wine making Notes
The grapes for this wine were hand harvested from a local grower in Oura, 15 minutes from the Wagga Wagga campus cellar door. The fruit was wild fermented and aged in French Oak. No fining or filtration
Tasting Notes
This Tempranillo has a bright crimson-red colour and an attractive aroma of plums, strawberries, ripe raspberries and a hint of vanilla. Characteristic herbal and savoury palate attributes are balanced by abundant fruit, appealing soft tannins and satisfying length.
