2017 Riverina Tempranillo Rose'
Wine making Notes: Tempranillo grapes were hand harvested early morning and cooled to 5 degrees overnight. The fruit was de-stemmed and crushed into the press and left for 6 hours on skins to increase colour, complexity and texture. No fining and minimal filtration.
Tasting Notes: This wine was made from handpicked wines grown close to Wagga Wagga by the Pollard family. A Salmon pink wine showing bright cranberry, watermelon and Turkish delight.
Serve at 9⁰C.
