Pale straw in colour. This wine packs a punch, with aromas of grapefruit and lemon zest complemented by a subtle oak. Serve at 9⁰C.
Cellaring: Great to drink now, but can be cellared for 5 Years
Oak: 25 per cent new French Puncheons.
Maturation: 8 Months on yeast lees with weekly stirring.
