Pale straw in colour. This wine packs a punch, with aromas of grapefruit and lemon zest paired seamlessly with delicate flint characters and restrained oak. A creamy and textured palate is complimented by beautiful natural acid which imparts a persistent finish. Serve at 9⁰C.
Cellaring: Great to drink now, but can be cellared for 5 Years
Maturation: 8 Months in new and used French oak puncheons, 10% new.
