We can ship to any address in Australia. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to other countries.
All deliveries are shipped by Aus Post. Alternatively, you can arrange to collect your wine from either of our cellar doors in Wagga. If you opt for postage, please let us know in the order comments section if it is OK for the postie to leave the wine somewhere if you are not home, otherwise you will receive a card asking you to collect it from the nearest post office. The prices and shipping rates are based on orders in multiples of 6 bottles of wine.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These are the Terms & Conditions upon which CHARLES STURT UNIVERSITY WINERY (ABN 83 878 708 551) permits you to use this website. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as modified by Charles Sturt University Winery from time to time.
In these Terms & Conditions “we”, “our” and “us” means CHARLES STURT UNIVERSITY WINERY of McKeown Drive, Wagga Wagga NSW 2678 and “you” and “your” means you the customer. These Terms & Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of products. No other Terms & Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
By purchasing products, you make an offer to us to make the product purchase based on these Terms & Conditions.
Liquor Licensing Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Licence Number: LIQW800701589. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place an order with us. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years of age.
If we suffer any damages or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who placed the order(s).

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
In the event that the CHARLES STURT UNIVERSITY WINERY makes an error, and sends you an incorrect or defective item, you may return the unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. CHARLES STURT UNIVERSITY WINERY will pay for the return shipping costs incurred as a result of the error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund quicker than this. This time period includes the transit time for CHARLES STURT UNIVERSITY WINERY to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
